How where you introduced to Crossfit?
My sister (Cindy) & Nephew (TJ) would not stop talking about it, as well as a good friend (Emily) who insisted I come and try it out.
Who is your favorite workout partners (time)?
The 7:30PM crowd! Laradene & Tyson & Best Friend Carolyn
What is your favorite workout / movement?
Anything involving work with Kettle Bells

What are current goals you are working on?
I want to lose 100#'s by the end of the year, but with going in for surgery on the 9th of November on my leg will postpone this a month or two but by February should be there.
What is your biggest accomplishment / achievment from CrossFit?
Losing 80#'s since starting!!!!!!!
What type of music do you like at the Box?
Anything that is playing (she is very easy going and agreeable)
Hardest Part for you about CrossFit?
Endurance (running) due to hurt leg, getting better
Easiest Part of CrossFit?
Sit-Ups
What would a typical meal you eat look like?
Sweet Potatoes, Veggies, & any type of meat
What would we always find in your Fridge?
Almond Milk, Sweet Potato, Bell Peppers
COACHES NOTES:
Being Tammy's nephew I have had the oppurtunity to know her my whole life. For this reason I have seen the most change in her from when she started CrossFit to now. A few accomplishments I have personally witnessed of her over the past several months are, First Box Jump, First Time Running, Moving from scaled push-ups (off the wall) to un-scaled push-ups, Burpees (prior to starting CrossFit she needed help getting up off the ground) sorry for bringing that one up Tammy. I am so proud to be her Coach and Nephew and am encouraged to see her progress each and every week. After all she has never quit coming. With a stress-fracture / broken leg she continued to come doing, kettlebell work, sit-ups, push-ups and who could miss her 1 legged rowing.
If you see Tammy around the Box be sure and give her a pat on the back.
She is going in for surgery on her leg to correct the injury she has been suffering from on November 9th and will take a few weeks off and then we will see her back killing the WODS in not time.
